  On behalf of retained clients Armour Plastics we have acquired an additional 32,500 ft2 of industrial space on Pattinson Industrial Estate, Washington.  Armour are manufacturers of acrylic sanitary-ware and also design and manufacture machinery for thermoforming plastics.  Armour also has a production facility in Sunderland and this additional space allows them to expand into new markets.
