We have been appointed as Retained Agents to act on behalf of Crazy Clearance, the discount retailer, to assist with their expansion drive.  We identified premises in Seaham Town Centre as being suitable and have now concluded negotiations to acquire the former Your More Store in Church Street.  The premises had been vacant for a number of years and we were therefore able to negotiate very favourable terms for our client.  The 3,500ft² Seaham store is due to open in November 2009 and will see Crazy Clearance increase their number of outlets to 3 adding to their existing stores in Blaydon and Wallsend.  Further acquisitions are proposed for 2010.
